Our Returns Policy:
Excluding cases of obvious abuse, we will gladly accept our customer's returns within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to any and all products (excluding drop-ship orders, custom or made-to-order items such as certain seat covers, car covers, etc.) If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase. All that we ask is that 1) you please let us know the reason for your return so that we can update our site to make the product descriptions, etc. as clear as possible for other customers, and 2) the item(s) be returned to us in the original packaging and in new, unused, sell-able condition, just as you received them. Return your item(s) in their original packaging inside of a plain cardboard box, so that your shipping labels are not stuck directly to the original factory packaging. If items are returned with shipping labels on the original packaging a restock fee may be charged.*
Instructions: After you receive your order from Rock Dawg Customs, and if you are unhappy for any reason, simply follow these three easy steps:
1) Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number.
2) You will receive your return authorization within 24-36 business hours.
3) Your return authorization and accompanying form(s) will include detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please follow the instructions carefully in order to ensure proper credit.
Important Notice! Refunds will not include any freight or shipping/handling charges unless otherwise approved by Rock Dawg Customs in advance. You will be refunded the purchase amount of the item(s) less the shipping costs we incurred to ship the item(s).
We are committed to developing long-term relationships with our customers, which requires that our customers be not only satisfied, but literally Rock Dawg Customs fans, and we believe that you will see this in the level of service you receive every time you do business with us. When receiving your order: Please be sure to inspect your package(s) carefully at the time of delivery. Please be aware that any damage claims must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Your receipt of a shipment for which no damage was noted with the carrier at the time of delivery may release Rock Dawg Customs from any and all liabilities.
When returning your order/item(s): Please be sure to package your return properly to ensure that it will arrive in good condition and be sure to record your shipment tracking number. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any return for which we cannot verify our receipt of the item(s). We also recommend that you purchase carrier provided insurance to cover your loss in the event the item(s) become lost or damaged during shipment. Please note that any return we receive in which the item(s) and/or the packaging is not in new, sell-able condition may be denied credit. This includes any return on which the package has been written, marked or otherwise defaced and/or electrical wiring or connectors have been connected. Please note that shipping costs incurred by us during the initial shipment or return shipment may be deducted from any refund amount.
